VTUBER MODEL
Starting at 1600 USDA Live2D Vtuber artwork (only the art, no rigging).
You will receive a PSD file with all elements well-separated and ready for your rigger to work with + a full PNG file of your model.If you do not have a character reference ready, it is possible to commission character/outfit design paired with the Live2D model.

CHARACTER SHEET
Starting at 500 USDA reference sheet of your character that displays their design clearly with simple shading.Base price includes:
- 1 front fullbody view
- color palette
- few details/close-ups of the outfit, eyes, hair, if needed
- Short BIO/lore/personality traits can be added if you wish. (You MUST provide it)Additional views, new outfit design, or fully designing the character from scratch will increase the price.

If your case involves a lengthy project that is hard to explain through a form, please let me know a few details about it so I can tell you if I'm interested or if I'll be able to take the work. I would prefer a concise summary that represents the core of the project, just to get a sense of the kind of drawings that I will be creating. Terms Of Service ✒📃
By engaging in a commission and making a payment, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Agreement") between you and Neko Rina ("the Artist").
Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding with your order.The artist will not be held responsible for the Client's own misconception if they did not read and understand the terms of service prior to the commission.
►►► GENERAL INFO- The Artist reserves the right to decline any orders without detailed explanation.
- The purchase is for digital files only. No physical copies will be provided or shipped.
- A tiny signature will remain on the artwork.
- It's the Client's responsability to ensure that whatever the commission is about is suitable for the Artist's style so both parties can avoid any dissatisfaction in the future. Browse around the Artist's gallery for samples and refer to the "Do's and Do Not" section of this Agreement for more info.►►► USAGE POLICY (Personal commission)- The Artist retains all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the commissioned artwork. The Artist has the right to use, display, and reproduce the artwork for promotional or commercial purposes, including but not limited to, sharing WIPs, offering the layered files, prints, merchandise, and online portfolios.
- The Client may not claim ownership or authorship of the artwork.
- If not agreed upon, the artwork is for personal use only. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Artist.
- The Client may post the artwork on social media platforms providing credits to the Artist.
- If the Client requests private artwork or wishes to withhold the artist from posting publicly, additional charges may apply. The details and fees for private artwork will be discussed and agreed upon separately. These fees are non refundable.
- The Client is not allowed change, modify, or use the artwork for purposes that weren't discussed in the initial project. The Client is not allowed to use any of the Artist's creations in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.►►► USAGE POLICY (Commercial commission)Once agreed upon, the commissioned artwork can be used by the Client for commercial purposes under the following pricing tiers:
▸ 2x Price Tier: Streaming Assets such as banners, Starting Screen, Overlay Decorations, etc. / Promotional Artwork / Game Assets / Business cards / Book Covers. The price for this tier is 2 times the original commission price.
▸ 3x Price Tier: Merchandise / Prints / Massive reproduction and selling. The price for this tier is 3 times the original commission price.►►► DO’S AND DON’TSWILL DRAW:
- Original Characters; boys and girls. (Check the Artist's gallery for examples of both)
- Fanart
- Subtle gore (blood is okay)
- LGBT+ Erotic content. (Ask first.)WILL NOT DRAW:
- Mecha, highly complex machines or devices
- Realistic animals and/or furry characters (features like cat ears or tails are acceptable)
- Realism
►►► PAYMENT- Full payment is required before starting the artwork. If the Client needs a payment plan, please discuss it with the Artist prior to the commission.
- All orders will be paid through Neko Rina's shop. The Artist will make a special product listing for your order. Several paying methods available (Paypal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc...)►►► PROCESS- The Client emails their order to [email protected], using the appropiate form here.
- The Artist will confirm their availabilty and discuss any necessary details.
- The Client pays the Artist.
- The Artist will work on the sketch and send it to the Client for approval.
- Client will clearly and respectfully communicate any changes they deem necessary, or important notes.
- The Artist will adjust the sketch for a max of 2 times for free. If the Client requests more changes, those come with an extra fee.
- Once the sketch is approved, the Artist will keep working on the commissioned artwork and will only communicate with the Client if doubts arise during the process.
- The Client may ask for an status update at any time, and the Artist wil provide it.
- The Artist will share a preview of the final artwork to the Client by email.
- The Client may ask for small adjustments on the final piece for free, such as tiny details the Artist overlooked or color adjustments. The Artist will accommodate such requests within reasonable limits. Any changes that require the Artist to redraw part of the artwork will come with an extra fee.
- Once the artwork is approved, the Artist will provide the Client with the full resolution version of it, as well as a resized version at low resolution with a watermark. The Client is advised not to post the full-resolution drawing publicly to protect the integrity of the artwork.►►► COMPLETION TIMEThe completion time of the artwork varies based on complexity and the communication speed between the Artist and the Client, ranging from 3 days to 1 month usually.
In very rare cases it can take up to 3 months. The Artist will communicate any delays to the Client.
▸ Rush Orders: For faster completion or tight deadlines, the Artist may require additional fees. The details of any rush orders and associated charges will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.►►► REFUNDS- The Client has no right to cancel or demand a refund from the Artist.
- Refunds are not offered for commissioned artwork unless agreed upon by both parties under exceptional circumstances. The Artist will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns or issues raised by the Client.
- If the Client files a chargeback/refund without contacting the Artist first, the Client's right to the commissioned artworks will be retracted and the Artist will have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. If this happened, the Client's username might be publicly posted for others to watch out for.
